Exploración y digitalización del patrimonio histórico: la región de Tur Abdin y el monasterio de Mor Loozor

Este estudio se centra en el monasterio de Mor Loozor, un complejo de gran importancia histórica y arquitectónica, situado en la región turca de Tur Abdin, y tiene el objetivo de poner de relieve su actual estado de deterioro y ruina. El estudio se llevó a cabo en cuatro etapas. En primer lugar, se identificó la ubicación del monasterio y se estableció una base conceptual. En segundo lugar, se organizó el trabajo de campo en 2024. Después, se generó un modelo tridimensional (3D) de la sección porticada del monasterio, parte recientemente demolida. Por último, se evaluó el estado actual del monasterio y se debatió sobre las ventajas del modelo 3D. Este proceso facilitó la comparación del estado original y actual del monasterio, lo que llevó a la conclusión de que el edificio necesita actuaciones de conservación urgentes. El estudio proporciona un valioso recurso para comprender la importancia cultural y religiosa del monasterio de Mor Loozor y su región.
